AJOY Holdings LLC advises you to speak with your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider before implementing any recommendations or suggestions from our Guidance, Website, Products, Services or Private Sessions pertaining to your health and wellness. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you have read on this Website or received from AJOY Holdings LLC through their Events, Products, Programs, Services and/or or Private Sessions. Do not start or stop taking any medications without speaking to your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider. If you have or suspect that you have a medical or mental health problem, contact your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider promptly.

Scheduling and Timing

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your one-on-one Quantum Intuitive Guiding Session in advance for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Session by sending an email to [email protected]. A rescheduled Quantum Intuitive Guiding Session must be made up within 30 days of payment or it is forfeited.

Investment and Payment

Total Cost of the Quantum Intuitive Guiding Session is $333 to be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to session. Your Quantum Intuitive Soul Guiding Session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within 30 days of purchase. The Session can be applied to the purchase of one of the Company’s (AJOY HOLDINGS LLC- Alexandra Joy Smith’s) VIP or designated Programs.

Authorization and Receipt

If paying by debit card or credit card via Company’s use of Acuity, you give us permission to automatically charge your card as payment for your Session without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. Payments must be made via debit or credit card and may not be made via bank transfer. You will schedule your session completion of payment all through Acuity. Video Clearance:

As part of this agreement and disclaimer, you grant AJOY HOLDINGS LLC its agents, employees, licensees, and successors in interest all ownership rights and the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use and publish the recorded image and/or voice that has been (or is being) obtained pursuant to this Video Clearance. Your Image and/or Voice may be copyrighted, used and/or published individually or in conjunction with other photography, video works, and recordings, and in any medium (including without limitation, print publications, public broadcast, CD-ROM format) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising and electronic publication.

The undersigned represents and warrants that (i) no other party has been granted an exclusive license with respect to the Image and/or Voice, and (ii) no other party’s authorization or consent is required with respect to the permission granted to the Released Party under this Video Clearance.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the Released Party’s use of the Image and/or Voice, or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with the use and/or publication of the Image and/or Voice. You release the Released Party (and all persons acting under its permission or authority) from all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or right of publicity, or any other claim related to the Image and/or Voice (collectively).

This release includes without limitation any Claims related to blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, digital alteration, use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, or use of a fictitious name, that may occur or be produced in the processing or publication of the Image and/or Voice.

Not Legal or Financial Advice:

You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your health, life and mental and physical well-being, as well as the health, lives and mental and physical well-being of your family and children (where applicable), for all decisions now and in the future.

This Waiver of Liability and Disclaimer also releases AJOY Holdings LLC from all liability relating to injuries (mental or physical) that may occur during any live and/or Virtual Events

including events held at varying locations away from the Company registered address. By signing this Waiver of Liability and Disclaimer, you agree to hold AJOY Holdings LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries (mental or physical)incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

You also acknowledge the risks involved in attending live and/or Virtual Events and or One on One Intuitive Guiding Sessions. You confirm that you are participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to you. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that will increase your likelihood of experiencing physical injuries or having or developing any psychological issues while during or after engaging and participating in any live or Virtual Events .

By signing this Waiver of Liability and Disclaimer, you forfeit all right to bring a suit against AJOY Holdings LLC for any reason.

No Guarantees:

The role of AJOY Holdings LLC is to guide, support and assist you in reaching your own goals, intentions, visions etc but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. AJOY Holdings LLC cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation and actions. Your results will be based on many different variables, many of which AJOY Holdings LLC cannot control, and therefore AJOY Holdings LLC cannot make any guarantees as to your outcome.

Earnings Disclaimer:

Any earnings or income statements or examples shown through AJOY Holdings LLC Guidance, Website, Events, Products, Services or Private Sessions which are either live or held virtually are only estimates of what might be possible for you. There can be no assurance as to any particular financial outcome based on the use of AJOY Holdings LLC Guidance, Website, Live or Virtual Events, Programs, Products or Services.
